News:

A forum for people interested in keeping the foreskin pulled back — be it for fun, for health reasons or anything else: Let's share experience, methods, stories and all that about our pulled back foreskins.

NB. This is not a circumcision support group. While there's no problem with cut guys, this isn't your place to live out your foreskin removal fetish — plenty of forums for that elsewhere.

Other than that: please read the Readme in the readme forum, write an intro... have fun I guess? :)

Does precum go away after pulling back / desensitizing?

I produce a lot of precum, which I've always attributed to being uncircumcised. I always figured because I'm so sensitive, I just produce a lot of precum.
Has this gone away for anyone who has pulled back for extended periods of time or keratinized their glans/inner foreskin?
I like how much precum I get and I really don't want to lose this

I feel like it has gone down for me. I don't stay permanently retracted because it just hasn't really worked for me, but I do stick to masturbating with foreskin down only. My glans & inner foreskin have toughened up a lot the last two years & precum is much less frequent.

For myself I have way more precum when my foreskins covering my glans. When my glans remained exposed I initially would precum alot as I used to associate an exposed glans with sex so my penis would react that way. Over time it stopped and would get little to no precum.

I'd say a good part of it is simply that it dries or gets smeared on something, rather than accumulating inside the foreskin and making it all wet and slippery - and not necessarily a smaller production level.  That at least feels like more my experience.

But since precum production also depends on stimulus (besides mental excitement), a less sensitive cock could result in some changes... I'm not sure.

This was something I was concerned about, however I can assure you it's not a problem. I produce quite a lot of precum and really like it. There is no change in what you produce, but it's much more useful if you jerk off with your foreskin back.

Precum comes out of your Cowpers glands. Some men produce very little, others more.

The function of precum is very badly explained in science. They are more estimated opinions than decent research results. Some medical opinions are it is for neutralising urine in the urethra. Others that it is a lubricant. It has a sweet taste, so actually it might be a natural reward system for a BJ. Which, but strictly my opinion, is, besides nice, very good for penis health.

I think retracting will not in any way change the size of your Cowpers glands. Nor the way they respond to arousal. Retracting does make you more glans aware, and especially when just started, it might trigger your Cowpers glands more for a while.

These glands are located below your prostate and in general are like two peas, 1 centimeter in diameter. But like nuts, some guys have bigger ones than others.

The short wiki page about these glands shows as well how little we actually know about them and the poor explanations we have about the why and how.

I find myself leaking a lot more pre-cum when my glans is forcibly exposed, but then again I've never been much of a pre-cum leaker, usually only leaking during the direct contact phase of foreplay

My level of pre-cum has not changed before or after being pulled back. That said, precum gets thick and only until recently I had to always wipe it away to keep masturbating comfortably. Now I don't have to stop and can keep stroking as it spreads its way over my glans as I stroke. It's very interesting to have something I was very used to feeling change so drastically.
