News:

A forum for people interested in keeping the foreskin pulled back — be it for fun, for health reasons or anything else: Let's share experience, methods, stories and all that about our pulled back foreskins.

NB. This is not a circumcision support group. While there's no problem with cut guys, this isn't your place to live out your foreskin removal fetish — plenty of forums for that elsewhere.

Other than that: please read the Readme in the readme forum, write an intro... have fun I guess? :)

Very interesting. I've seen some videos of the taping method, it always looked kind of painful. Anyone have experience with it? Does the tape hurt much?

I find that when you tense the muscle when you masturbate, its much easier to come. But if you keep the muscle relaxed when you masturbate, you can last much longer.

There are several apps to train pelvic muscles. Also used a lot by women who gave birth and have some problems leaking pee afterwards. Important to mention because most programs are for females, men can do a bit better and stronger. So when there is a daily program, with male pelvic muscles you can do three per day.

Young, you are rarely more aware of these muscles than indeed stopping your pee. My first real partner explained me about the "stop button" for orgasming too fast. He was right. When you feel it comming, and it is not too late yet, just push hard with one finger, below your balls. Simple trick and works. That is the stop button.

When you train your pelvic muscles, and they become strong enough there is more magic. They contract on auto pilot while you're at it. Train more and you can actually control when you orgasm. The pelvic muscle stops you orgasm by itself, you stay hard during the ride, and you only come when you let go.

Especially in heterosexual activity something worth mastering. What many women have, he always comes first, then rolls over and sleeps. What about my orgasm. The more trained your pelvic muscle is the more likely she will drag you into bed faster than you. The practice is also know as "tantric sex". Google on it, there are many good pages with tips and instructions. I am not into straight sex, but did a lot of research on the field. It is a gentleman thing being able to make the lady come first.

The secret is to discover and train your pelvic muscle. On my body that muscle is connected to my nips. I just point a finger at one, and here we contract again down there. I use them to keep in shape. But no two bodies are exactly the same.

First feel that PE muscle. Then train it. I fully recommend. You'll be like and angel and a gentleman in bed.

Did your penis still retract normally during the day or did you have to use techniques or tools to maintain retraction?

I wonder if it's possible to have full retraction but have the option of having it covered to keep sensitivity.

Marcelino, have you tried glans-stimulation only? I find that when I do glans stimulation only, I have much better control of when I come. If stimulating the inner foreskin (masturbating like a cut guy), or masturbating like an uncut guy, sometimes I may accidentally come.

I keeping the skin pulled down to the base with plenty of lube works for me.
Not used the foreskin over the head since my frenulum snapped over 25 years ago.
Feels odd trying to pull the foreskin over the head now. And the sensitivity in the glands has reduced a great deal.

Permanently retracted for the best part of 30 years.
It actually feels uncomfortable if I do try and pull my foreskin forward.
Not that it will stay forward any way
