In case the video goes away, in it he cuts a piece of fabric out of the top elastic portion of a sock, folds it over and cuts off a corner, making a hole in the center. It doesn't show this, but you pull your glans through the hole and the fabric holds your foreskin back.

I used this technique (though with a piece of an old T-shirt) for a couple weeks once and it was pretty effective. It obviously doesn't look as good as the tucking/spoon method, but it was more comfortable and involved less swelling for me. It's a good method if tucking doesn't work.
