New to this, help is greatly appreciated.

Hey everyone, Oliver here.

So for the majority of my childhood, I did not know that I had to retrace my foreskin and expose my glans. It was until I discovered porn that I saw what a circumcised penis looked like.

I then started to try to retract it myself, but could not do so since I have a very tight foreskin. I had also ultra-sensitive glans. The thought of touching it would already put me in discomfort.
I can now fully retract my foreskin over my glans, but still... I am ultra-sensitive to touch.

Throughout my late teens, this single sticking point has blocked me from having amazing sexual experiences with others. I would turn down lots of opportunities just because my penis is too sensitive to touch.

A week ago I decided I really need to change this. Otherwise, I will NEVER get the chance to have amazing sexual experiences. I then found out about Autocircumsision and how it could desensitize the glans. Basically give you the same functionality and appearance as a circumcised dick. This is exactly what I need.

Alright, so currently I am retracting and exposing my glans for around 5 hours a day right after a shower.
The thing is since I am ultra-sensitive (even touch on the scrotum is discomfort lol), I don't touch the glans at all. I pretty much let it air dry for 5 hours and then before bed, I cover up my glans to normal.

It's just that, ANY touch right now is too much to handle. So I am trying my best to find a way to desensitize the ultra-sensitivity.

I was wondering if this approach would work to finally desensitizing the glans for touch or I am just wasting my time doing so.

Looking forward to helpful suggestions.

Thank you,
Oliver

The more you do it the more the discomfort will lessen.  My recommendation is pull it back in the shower and let the water hit it doing this will desensitize over time.  I also use a estim that helps probably the most but that method costs $$.  Just keep at it use coconut oil this aids retraction and coconut is a natural antiseptic so no smegma and aids in the floral living on glans down there.

I was exactly the same as you, but managed to desensitize the glans over some time.

Just keep retracting and keep it that way as long as possible. You will notice you can do it longer and longer each time.

The brain will then get used to the touches on the glans and start to send "pleasurable" signals rather than "pain". Areas on my glans that I never thought I could touch and feel pleasure (because my brain detected that it "hurts", as I had never touched before), I can now rub even with a dry finger and still feel good.

Trust the process and take it one step at a time!

I too had the same problem. I also had such tight foreskin that only the pee hole was visible. My penis was also too sensitive. It used to get fully erect whenever I undressed. Since my foreskin was short it tried to get retrated on its own but could not due to tight foreskin. It used to put pressure on the glans & create a bit unpleasent feeling. Whenever I used to do stretching exercise with oil to make it retratable I often ejaculated with just few pull strokes due to sensitive glans. But once I was able to fully pull back my foreskin this problem faded away.

Hey man! Like what the others said, it’ll get better. Just gotta power through it. You’ll get through it eventually if you keep it up.

Thank you guys so much for giving me hope.
like a said, this is a huge sticking point, and sometimes its depressing for me to realize that I couldn't of had amazing sexual experiences.

Thats all going to change for the better now. Thank you guys once again.

I was wondering how long it took everyone here to get from ultra sensitive glans too desensitize glans.
Also, if you would like to write the steps you took to get from point a to point b, that would be very helpful!

Thanks,
Oliver

I also had a very sensitive penis. I starting being more confident when I was about 17-18. Sad part is You need to figure out a way to 'irritate' Your penis head a bit,so You don't feel discomfort. My first steps was with the water from the shower, hitting my glans. After that,I slowly started trying to masturbate with it. It happened in a few months and now it's barely sensitive. Good luck!  :)

I’ve had similar experiences, personally I was in too much pain pulling my foreskin back to really feel the sensitivity. But you could try washing it in the shower, touching it more. Using a bit of alcohol on the glans or using a soft cloth to rub over it. Just basically get use to it touching things. It’s all gonna take time, keep the motivation as well.
