I wonder what was the longest duration that you managed to stay retracted, until hygiene becomes an issue? Is cleaning it every 3 days advisable?

Huh? That's an odd thing to ask. It's easy to remain retracted while washing everything in the shower. And even if the foreskin does go forward for a short while, I don't think that would end your duration being retracted. As long as you are wanting and trying to keep it retracted, then your duration continues. So if it slipped forward in the night while you were asleep, and you put it back again when you awoke, then you could consider your duration continued.
For me it is easier to think what my longest duration having the foreskin forward over the last few years is. It's probably not longer than 5 minutes.
I don't understand the hygiene thing you mention, either...
But in any case, my record is something like 40-some days.
I think maybe he means that, if you're using some sort of device, like tape or a ring, how long can you go without taking that off for cleaning. My advice would be, with a ring, to remove it daily, wash and dry both the ring and penis, then replace the ring. With tape, or liquid latex, you can probably wear it until it naturally start to peal off, then wash and reapply.
From his previous posts it seems like he's using the spoon method and gets smegma inside the fold. I'm not sure I've heard other guys have that problem though... but it makes sense.
Ahh, in that case, yes, mine does get kinda dirty under the fold after a few days, so yeah, definitely undo it and wash, and then fold again.

Yep, using the spoon method, wondering about this before going on longer duration with this method.
using the spoon method too i usually go 24/3 every day except when i bath and i clean it. Usually twice or 3 times per day. I do that when i get that discomfort and itches.

When I was using spoon method I was always washing at the morning and before bed, as I was always, and still doing, every day :) it was getting a bit smelly and smegmy under the fold.
I am usually 100% retracted all the time so can't count any duration...

What about longest time with it forward instead?
may be a month, sometimes the skin at the bottom looks bloated, so i push it forward for a day and then start again. so its constant as 1 month at a time, done this for years now
I've been back for over 2 and a half years now. When I used the "rolled back over a ring method" I would have problems with smells unless I was pretty vigorous with scrubbing that skin and disinfecting my rings, but since I switched to the foam ring, that hasn't really been a problem anymore.

On the surface it would seem that you may be seeking the best of both worlds at the same time. However, if you choose to be full time retracted without the use of any aids, you will need stay permanently retracted without having the glans covered for any time.
I retract full time, i have been doing consistently for last 5 months. My penis stays retracted without any assistance. Only sometimes it cover the glans when i wake up in morning, then i pull it back, it stays pulled back. The only thing I am lacking is inner foreskin is not getting exposed, so I have been trying feel cut method using tape for last few days. From what you have indicated so far kkk007, I am not sure how tight your foreskin is at the end before pulling back nor if you have a tight frenulum. Over time, unless you have phimosis, by continually being pulled back, the foreskin dartar muscles will further weaken allowing, even if the glans should accidentally get covered, to automatically pull back. Being continuously back is aided if you can get the shaft skin deeply wrinkled, as detailed in another current thread. Once you get deep wrinkles on the shaft skin, the foreskin should automatically pull back even if the glans were to get covered flaccid. Ideally, over time, the glans never will cover at any time.
You indicate that you have been pulled back for a period so far of five months. Your inner foreskin is still likely a bit puffy as it was when the glans was still covered. Over time this puffiness will disappear and you will have very fine wrinkles on a reduced foreskin. Some may be able to have the inner foreskin more exposed, but usually over time it will be just a snug thick band behind the corona.
Tying and freeing the frenulum, as explained elsewhere, will also assist in being better at pulled back and tends to give a better illusion of appearing cut, if that were your inclination.

I am saying that it remain retracted if I retract it. But if I cover the glans, it remains covered. I want to have a state when even if I try to cover the glans, my foreskin should autoretract to expose the glans.

From my past experience, to automatically retract flaccid or erect you will need to develop deep shaft wrinkles that may take six months or a year of work to develop. Although I do fail to see why you would want to cover your glans in the first place if you choose to be permanently retracted. Covering your glans at any time reduces the opportunity to be able to be automatically retracted.
How can I develop deep wrinkles on shaft? My skin stuck just behind glans making a bunch. Will the forskin get shorter? I am already 25 yrs old.
I just like the idea of autoretraction. After watching the video of soundsgreat87 in which he shows how his skin retracts back even after pulling foreward. I want to achieve that.
I think just pulling back and leaving the skin bunch up just behind the glans would not make autoretraction possible, I will have to stretch it back further. What do you think?

Did you achieve auto retraction? I mean does your skin pulls back automatically or you have to retract it back yourself?
When I'm not pulled back, tense my kegel muscle and wait for a few seconds, then yes, it will retract on it's own. It's still not what I want, though. When it comes to wearing it using spoon method, the foreskin stopped rolling over itself after 2 months or so
I use the spoon method and I usually don't untuck it for 3-4 days. Don't get any build up just dried out.

Been using spoon method for over a year now. I think during that time the skin has gone over the head prob twice, the last time i remember it felt odd and i had to skin it back.
I understand Farhan's question, though
We are all pullebback, feeling circumcized (in my case, with a long foreskin, which is kept back with a soft silicone ring).
But part of the pleasure is also to be able to shower like a circumcized real man, not taking the ring out...
So, I usually keep it pulled back under the shower, and take the ring back for cleansing it and the foreskin every 3 days
(I don t produce that much smegma)
