There are reddit groups already (if I remember correctly, both for balanitis and for generally pulling back), and people seem to arrive from there time to time.  With reddit going through a bit of a crisis due to its ownership, who knows what will happen to them.  There are some reddit alternatives but those haven't really taken off yet.

In my experience - the reddit autocirc sub is overwhelmed with pornography.  Cool if that is what anyone is looking for, but:

The last time I visited the reddit sub, the top post of the week was a slow-motion jizz shot. 

I tried starting a fact-based autocirc sub, and the owner of the other sub demanded it got shut down- so it was, within a week.

I don't think you can replicate the fact-based community we have here on pulledback on reddit.
