I currently use the spoon method, but that one hides the inner foreskin, and I was wondering what are all the other methods that let me keep the inner foreskin exposed?

It's like the coin method, but using silicon which is softer and less damaging

That one could work, but I am looking for something similar to the tape method, that is the closest thing you can get to a "true cut feel"
