It takes time for the skin to get used to the position, and drooping over the glans (when using the spoon method for example) will happen even so.  The skin doesn't really shrink.

I have balanitis. So i currently am on day 27 of autocirc. I am trying to fix inflamed foreskin and glans are red. Wouldn’t pulling up for a day or 2 be counterproductive? People have said autocirc cures balanitis. Maybe the pictures are nit that good but it is definitely irritated/ inflamed and so are the glans. Also for autocirc isn’t it good to leave the glans as dry as possible?

Bro it doesn't look that inflamed. It does look kinda dried out though. Have you tried covering for a night or two? What are you feeling man? Pain? Burning? Itching? No judgment here man, just trying to understand what you're dealing with.

It's an old story, but I see that the question is still relevant and that young people today are wondering the same way as I was 45 years ago, and no doubt many others men since the dawn of time.

To complete my testimony, I was surprised the day I had my first sexual intercourse, to find that the frenulum finally remained intact. Somehow it frustrated me, and that's about when the idea to delete it came to me. Both because I thought the frenulum was infantile, but also because I had noticed that during erections, it pulled hard on the glans, bending it downwards. Once in a vagina, it pulled strongly on it, but without breaking it. So much so that I had pain during intercourse. I used the piercing / tying up method, with an excellent result, very aesthetic, and fully functional, the foreskin can easily be lowered back as far as possible. It's a shame, but I don't know how to add photos on this site, otherwise I would have put one to illustrate this thread.

When i pull it back i can see it is inflamed as it is the inner foreskin mainly. When i pull it all the way forward keeping my glans covered i see no redness on the outside foreskin. Please help

Any ideas on how to fix inflamed foreskin? Will the tape method do this?
