Hey guys, im a grower and i struggled in matter of adaptation with other methods. The method that worked the best for me is easy: A piece of an elastic fabric used for adjust clothes, a string and a button. Its pretty intuitive.

Notes: I tryed with velcrum first but it hurts the penis.
          You can wash this little device
           Im wearing it for about a week
           it keeps a good space between the corona and the foreskin
