Title: Glans peeling
Post by: Rlewin on 2014-10-29 01:47:47
I read on another forum that after about once a month of retracting your glans will begin to peel as if they had a sunburn. I have been retracting for about 3 - 4 weeks and so far they haven't even started to look like tey might peel. They aren't as sensitive as they were but I'm wondering if what they say is true and that my glans will peel. If anyone has any experience of the matter  please tell.

My glans peeled a little bit within the first 2 weeks or so of doing it. I only relly noticed it for about a day tho and it was very little. Maybe yours did but you never really noticed it.

I've heard different things from different guys. Some get the peeling, some don't! When I have mine back for a few days, it will peel very slightly, but you have to look really hard to see it.

It probably has to do with how keratinized your glans was to begin with.

Before i was circumcised, glans was  always covered with overhang of 1 cm.of foreskin ,even when erect.Five  days after i was cut, moderately high and tight , glans started to peel and it lasted for three weeks.

Yeah, I'm guessing guys with a less keratinized glans to begin with will have more peeling. But it's just a hunch!

I think over time mime still dries and peels, just washing takes it off, plus the skin around is dry

I often wonder if it's the softer, moister layer of mucosa drying out and falling off and being replaced with a slightly tougher keratinised layer to compensate.

Update: my glans have stated to lighten in shade. I think that since this is the second time in my life I have retracted the glans won't peel as much.

How the hell would they find out? Are you accessing this site through their internet?

You kinda can. ;D

Let's think about what would happen for someone at your job to find out!

Alternatively, on the extremely off chance that a coworker of yours was also a member of this site and also knew what your cock looked like... they wouldn't have any reason to report you because they'd be in the same boat!

Now, if "rlewin" really is based on your real name and you use that handle elsewhere (like on twitter, or your real email address or something) then yeah, I could understand that!
