I know for certain that many pornstars would keep their foreskin retracted when photographed because it may be "more appealing", but I don't know of any that use retraction methods consistently unfortunately. Sorry man

Interesting screenshot I got off LPSG
I believe he wrote uncut instead of cut and was referring to how he doesn't really look like he has foreskin when he is erect. Tho I may be missing some more context as I didn't look too far. Either way I can definitely say his member is awesome looking.
