News:

A forum for people interested in keeping the foreskin pulled back — be it for fun, for health reasons or anything else: Let's share experience, methods, stories and all that about our pulled back foreskins.

NB. This is not a circumcision support group. While there's no problem with cut guys, this isn't your place to live out your foreskin removal fetish — plenty of forums for that elsewhere.

Other than that: please read the Readme in the readme forum, write an intro... have fun I guess? :)

Hi LucasMMM,

what you are describing isn't normal, so first of all, seek medical as soon as possible. Discuss with your doctor the best solution and get it right. Doesn't matter if you end up circumised or not, health first. Don't seek advices on the internet. There are things like Lidocaine in spray or lube with it, that can help you, but only in the mean time, that's temporal solution till you get it right permanently.

Best of luck and don't worry, you will get better.

From what he wrote he has looked for medical help (all of which recommended circumcision), but he is concerned with the extreme sensitivity (at least one of the medicals discarded that as an issue entirely).  If there's no immediate danger, it doesn't matter for the results if he gets it fixed now or a year from now — however the extra time can allow for his glans to adapt at his own pace.  That's probably a win, whatever he ends up choosing as a solution.

My penis looks like a kettle, I can expose my glans with a lot of effort, after about 2 or 3 days of trying and pulling, but I've been to 4 different doctors and they all told me to do the surgery. I can even leave it exposed outside for a few hours, but if it stays too long, my foreskin starts to swell. The problem isn't even the foreskin, the worst thing for me is not being able to let my glans touch anything

Yes, if it's too tight it will swell up — It is absolutely not recommended to leave the skin pulled back if it's too tight.  Pull it back when you shower and get some water on it, that will get it more used to touching.

Already, but none paid attention to it

It will be the case that the sensitivity will pass, and having the glans exposed is what will cause that to happen. You could try to achieve some reduction in sensitivity before you get circumcised, but it's probably going to take longer to get to the end result, because you'll only be able to expose the glans part time. If you have accepted that you need to get circumcised as a resolution, can you just go for it, but then make sure you've got a couple of weeks' downtime afterwards so you're not rushing back to work and can take things at your own pace?

Im so sorry that sounds awful. My sensitivity was never as bad as you described but I did have bad sensitivity and I did have a little bit of a mental block in the early stages. I did 2 things to overcome it:
1. I would leave as much of my bare head exposed as possible while I was in the shower. This would expose the head to new feelings like the water and I got use to it.
2. I would expose the head as long as I could without touching it and let the moisture dry up. I did this while in the bathroom sometimes or at my desk playing games. Anytime where you are not doing anything and can expose the head for a few minutes (5 - 10 minutes).

Even though you can expose your whole glans, try to do as much as you can. These helped me get use to the sensitivity a little and it helped me get use to exposing my head.

My foreskin wasn't tight but I had the same problem as you if anything touched my glans. Here's how I cured the sensitivity. I cleaned the glans with rubbing alcohol to get rid of any stickiness. Then I took a piece of very soft flannel and rubbed it with that as often as I could, usually several times a day. When it got so I could hold the flannel between my fingers and apply a little pressure I stopped using it switched to my bare fingers controlling the pressure of my touch. When I felt it was ready I forced myself to withstand the touch and masturbated to orgasm. That felt so good I have never masturbated any other way since, about 50 years. The alcohol feels cold at first then as it evaporates it feels hot but it is not harmful.

I hope this helps you. I certainly remember the sensitivity you are talking about.

Both of those sound incredibly painful even now that I'm much less sensitive.  Can only actually remember the alcohol from the hypersensitive era and it involved ten minutes of wailing.

Not sure if someone who can barely touch it would appreciate the massive burning sensations.

Lucas,

Bro, you don need surgery. You just need patience. Pull your foreskin back, wear some tight fitting underwear that will hold your foreskin back, and chill in a chair and watch some tv or something for half an hour. The extreme sensitivity will go down with time I promise. It will get better bro.

Fala comigo cara, vocë tem amigo.

Oh boy, I feel you there.

I think it's really perfectly normal to feel frightened and dreading to expose your glans if you've spent the entire time covered up. It really can be too uncomfortable! It can be an extremely invasive feeling.

A small note, phimosis itself - the inability to retract the foreskin behind the glans penis - is by itself not really a problem. One of the most famous pornstars Manuel Ferrara has a monster penis whose foreskin does not retract behind the glans.

The real danger is Para-phimosis, where the foreskin accidentally gets retracted behind the head, but the tissue there is too tight and leads to the band of tissue strangulating the head. This is a serious medical emergency and needs immediate medical attention. Happily doctors will try non-surgical methods before surgical ones first.

The other thing is that a doctor who recommends circumcision may not be up to date. Other methods are available: https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Preputioplasty

I think with this method you will be able to keep your foreskin, then because it's no longer a medical emergency, you can take your time to slowly desensitize your glans to a stage where touch is bearable or even pleasurable.

Remember to see a doctor/surgeon who is credible, only they can give you the advice you need

Hello everyone, nice to be here.
I would like to share with you something that is keeping me up at night.
I have phimosis and I need surgery, I can expose a little of the glans, but there is a hypersensitivity that doesn't let me touch the glans, I feel like it's a shock when I touch my finger, it's the worst feeling I've ever felt.
I'm 19 years old and I would like to know if there is a way to reduce this sensitivity a little before having the surgery, as I know I will suffer a lot. I read a little about keratinization and I would like to know if there is a way to do this with less suffering. I'm really psychologically shaken. I almost cry while writing this text. Anyway, thanks in advance!
Remembering that my problem is not aesthetic, I never cared about it, my only problem is in fact sensitivity. I can't touch my own dick, that's ridiculous!
Oh detail, I'm Brazilian and write this text on Google Translate.
If anyone can help me, give me a way, anyway... I will be eternally grateful!

I bought it, it's still coming. How long does it take to pass this sensitivity and I can normally touch the glans?

When I was young I masturbated a lot, probably every day, sometimes a few times a day. In the earliest stages I masturbated with my glans completely covered, later when I became braver and when I craved more sensation I exposed more and more of the head.

In the beginning I would get electric shock sensitivity when touching it, but this only lasted one year because now and then, I would sit down and start touching my sensitive cock head continuously for as long as I could bear until it became less sensitive. I found that when the glans is damp it felt like electric shock, but when it became drier, the electric shock feeling went away. Even then, it took me about one year of doing this on and off before I could touch my cock head.

Even after I could touch my cock head comfortably and on purpose, it took me another three to five years maybe before my cock head could withstand continuous touch and exposure, during masturbation and edging or sexual arousal. Happily because I was a wanker this phase was over by the time I ended my teens.

I'm still not able to tolerate having my glans exposed 24/7 even though I can now tolerate exposure and heavy use during sexual activity. It's just too much psychologically, even now.

Give yourself time and don't pressure yourself or frighten yourself too much. Get the "para-phimosis" treated (as opposed to normal phimosis), then just take it easy.

Just to let you know, I think a lot of guys feel the same way you do too, so you are not alone.

Now that you mention this, I remember even soap and accidental shampoo stinging the crap out of me

And Lucas,

How are you doing bro? I'm hoping you feel less scared man.

This.

Masturbation does reduce phimosis.
