I tend to move around a lot as I'm trying to fall asleep, assuming various different positions. As soon as I'm on my side, though, I tend to instinctively bring my legs up into the fetal position, and then my thighs push my balls forwards, which in turn pushes the shaft skin towards the head, often resulting in it slipping back over.

When I wake up with morning wood and I can feel the bare head gently brushing against the bedsheets it feels like a victory.

I've been sleeping with the foreskin pulled back since I was a teen. At the beginning, it would stay pulled back only temporarily, which was frustrating.

I find the gentle stimulation of my glans while drifting off to be extremely comforting and relaxing. Luckily, over time, it has stayed back for longer and longer.

On rare occasions my glans is exposed for the whole night, and when I wake up, I am always a bit worried. First, I find the glans not as warm as it usually is, and that it is also a bit less responsive to stimulation and a bit numb compared to the usual, which is concerning. Circulation isn't a problem though luckily, no ischemias or anything.
