Just received my Stealth yesterday. So far it is great. Very well made and comfortable to wear. It actually feels good to have the snug fit around my shaft and the retaining band around my balls actually feels good. So far it has kept my foreskin completely retracted during even the most flaccid states. I would definitely recommend to anyone.

I can't really say yet if it helps permanent or not but it seems like it should. I am already developing a larger groove and space behind the corona.

i didn't post it but i decided to order one too. I got it yesterday and i am testing it. It's in fact more comfortable than expected.

Ok well i am going to give my review here too. It's very comfortable yes. It helps for creation of the deep wrinkles but i get the feeling that it looses the foreskin because it's all pulled back. The only thing i find uncomfortable is the thing under your scrotch that is designed to keep the foreskin all back gets uncomfortable after some hours. Ah and i find it very difficult to wear.
Then as Sascha says it's too big for your pants.
I've been wearing my Stealth for a little over a month now. Still very pleased wth the comfort and results. I no longer wear it to bed, as I find that I can stay retracted much easier now especially with little activity. My foreskin has dried out quite a bit and is developing deep wrinkles. My wife actually finds it erotic when I wear it and says that my cock feels much better during sex since I have been using it. I do sometimes have difficulty keeping the band that fits around my balls in place if I am be Go very active, but it still keeps my glans exposed.

I just received my Stealth today, I've always wanted something that would keep my foreskin completely retracted as far as it would go and I think this is the best option for me. I know the liquid latex method basically does the same thing but I live on a college campus with a roommate so it would make applying it very difficult, plus I don't know how much I like the idea of it in general. I've only been wearing it for maybe an hour but I find wearing the sleeve along with the innerwear seems to keep everything in a better position. It's a little difficult for me to get on but that may be because of a lack of practice. If anybody wants me to I could continue to give updates as well.

I got mine- to be honest I didn't find it comfortable, perhaps I mis-sized. BUT! The 'sleeve' it comes with works FANTASTIC on its own for retraction! Super comfortable, & I can already see the skin starting to wrinkle @ the base of my cock. It's really all you need, you don't need the rest of it it all if all you want is retraction.
I really don't want to take it off. It expands fine with erections & is never uncomfortable. I wear it in the shower too. What's the worst that can happen if I leave it on 24/7 for a month?
