A forum for people interested in keeping the foreskin pulled back — be it for fun, for health reasons or anything else: Let's share experience, methods, stories and all that about our pulled back foreskins.

NB. This is not a circumcision support group. While there's no problem with cut guys, this isn't your place to live out your foreskin removal fetish — plenty of forums for that elsewhere.

Other than that: please read the Readme in the readme forum, write an intro... have fun I guess? :)

Hey guys so Ive been retracting for almost 3 weeks now and I cant seem to get the swelling to stop. I read the other posts about this and I did what most recommended which is pulling the foreskin back to its natural position and letting the swelling go down. It seems to help but Ive been doing this back and forth for weeks now and the swelling wont seem to ease up. How long does it usually take for that to go away? Also its worse when I leave it retracted at night when I sleep, in the morning it looks really swollen and then eventually Ill let it be and itll go away but Im just curious how much longer am I going to have to keep doing this before it finally stops swelling? Also any tips or advice or just experience would be nice. Also I attach a couple pics and the first one is how it kinda looks in the morning after being retracted all night and the next is after a shower.

The swelling would appear quite normal that you are experiencing as being a novice pullbacker. As far as the length of time of exposure before recovering, do you suffer pain or discomfort at all? That would be one of the main reasons to be pulled forward. It could likely be upwards to a year before you would expect normal exposed foreskin.

As a side note, I admire your ability to gain shaft wrinkles that will likely go further up the shaft and deeper the longer that you are continually exposed.

What method are you trying? Initially I had the same problem too, recurrent swelling of foreskin. However, once I tried the spoon method, my foreskin never got swollen in the first place. Seems for me at least, the foreskin folds somehow hinders lymph drainage. But the spoon method requires folding your foreskin neatly, perhaps it is why lymph drainage was smooth.

The swelling doesn't look too bad at all. There's no way to say "how long" it will take, but persistence will pay off.

Yes agreed, also agree Hazeleye, it could take some time to subside and also try another method to see if that helps

That swelling is not that bad. Although for me it took almost 2 months until it stopped.
And since then if i put up a glans ring right after sex or masturbation i still experience a minor one.

Your foreskin looks like just bunches up behind the glans.
Try out the spoon method for me that caused the most swelling and i guess helped to push the limits faster to get through this phase.
(I put my skin into the folded state of the spoon method and kept Updating it one in every half hour to maximize the stretch. Whenever the swelling came i let it forward for 30 minutes and pulled back to fold right after)

I suggest you try it a little slower by only retracting during the day. Then when you are confident there is no swelling you can stay pulled back at night. This is a journey, not something you can do in immediately!
