Its very hard to find information and locations that perform the "cosmetic" circ. that leaves the foreskin intact and removes a sleeve from the lower/base shaft.
Can anyone point me in a direction perhaps in Aus, or any of the asian countries?
I know there is Dr. Eid in the US who performs this, but surely as a plastic surgery style procedure this should be more common?
