Foreskin overhang

Question;
I have a fairly large foreskin overhang of 1 to 2 cm (C10) and I have a grower.
Last five months I have retracted my foreskin using a ring to keep the foreskin behind my glans.
I have noticed that my foreskin becomes more loose. I had what some people refer to as a anteater. Now the skin is loose when pulled over the glans, only after a while it looks like an anteater again.
What will happen if I continue to retract my foreskin. Will the tip remain loose forever or will it "shrink" and look like as it was before?

The way I see it, retracting is basically training your foreskin to be tougher and more stretchy/loose, which means you're "growing" it a certain way. You don't simply revert or shrink what has grown, I think.
