My son brought it to my attention that he is dealing with some swelling now that he is retracting full-time. I never really had any problems with swelling when I was his age, anyone have any advice for him?

How tight it is when he pulls it back? He may need to stretch it a bit more before leaving it back all the time as it may be restricting blood flow.

How old is he? If he's young enough then it may just be a matter of stretching a bit more first, if he's older then you may need to use a steroid cream to help.

What technique did he use?
Pull back or the spoon method?
Maybe his foreskin is tight and should be stretched first

No more swelling for my son and he has been retracted for the last 3 months straight.
