It's not super prominent, but when I put my bikini briefs on the other day after my shower, my dick was positioned in such a way that I actually had a bit of ridge showing. It was mostly from my inner foreskin, but this never happened before I started autocircumcision. In fact, I used to roll my skin back and try in vain to make the ridging effect happen, but of course it never did.
