I think I can say it's lost enough elasticity and is loose enough to just stay there, but not tight & far enough to the back to expose the glans fully all the way to the corona, so I just prefer using a ring anyway. Also helps preventing it from rolling forward in my sleep.

Trying out adonis' spoon + ring setup. Spoon method for the clean aesthetic and ring to keep the foreskin fold from going over the corona.
