Yes agreed and it looks better, some methods like the spoon will keep it back but when soft the extra skin my cover some over the head. Hence this method is better
Love skining back and letting my head show

Yes, it worked for me. Though, I used cloth cut out of a sock, not a foam sheet. This method helps the foreskin make wrinkles and learn to stay pulled back. Also, you can adjust the size of the hole so you feel most comfortable.

For the time being you should stop using it, and when the inflammation is totally gone, the you can try again but for less hours. You should gradually increase the duration. And, by inflammation you mean redness and pain? I forgot how I was, but  I heard a lot of people experience that in the early phase. It’s  your member after all, you should be responsible and if you think this is anything serious, you should see a doctor or talk to someone.

I've used this method for months and it works great. The craft foam is so easy to work with and super comfortable.

What kind of irritation are you experiencing?

By inflammation I mean redness and swelling on the glans, In the next pictures you can see it (I’ll post them on links). :

The first picture was taken just before I started the retraction process and the second one was token at this moment, so it has been like that all day.

If anyone could help me I’ll be thankful!

How soft is the foam? The kind I use is really soft, velvety feeling. If the foam you're using is firmer, it'll probably irritate the skin.

I’ll say it’s like a 60% soft and a 40% hard but when I used it I didn’t felt un comfortable. Could you send me a pic of the type of foam you’re using? I’m using one of 2mm thick

It looks just like the foam in the "how to" picture you posted. It's about 2mm thick as well.

Maybe your foam is just firmer! The foam I use is very soft, flexible, and doesn't irritate.

I’ll just wait till the swelling goes and I’ll try with the tape method
