its been more than a month since the start of journey and the results are awesome, the balantis infested and always wet glans have now dried out desensitized completely. the tight foreskin which would snuggly fit around the helmet is know loose and smooth. even during full erection the foreskin automatically roll down the shaft leaving the shaft exposed.

What method did you use? And how long did it take for your balanitis symptoms to disappear?

just used a cotton hair band, long enough to make two thick loops and loose enough to allow blood flow. make it snuggly fit just below the corona from front.
to prevent roll back- the trick is that- at the backside, the band should just be over the point where frenulum fuses into glans.

for balantis, making the glans dry out will be enough.
in my case the tip of the foreskin used to itch & pain like hell and my glans always used to be wet don't know why.
