Question about placing the 2nd frenulum tie

I wonder do people place their second tie directly under their first tie? or people would rather place it a little bit under
as this friend here, he preformed multple tie to... for saying... liberate the forskin form the frenulum.

AND a lot of users had tired only once the frenum-tying method to achieve their goals thus i cant find more 'interesting' information
As i could image that after one tie/heal i could create approximately 2-3 cm form the meatus. so the rest is still possibly hold by the rest of frenulum(?)
(regarding form a thin frenulum not a meaty one.) or after the first tie whole foreskin would be lossen.

I think the consensus is to let one tie go through and heal up, and then you can continue given the new configuration.

After tons of pic & vids that i have viewed I feels like that after the tie is gone, the rest of frenulum is sort of malting away
