When I posted this I forgot that some of us including me couldn't see the pictures, so...
take a paper vacuum cleaner paper liner remove the cardboard connector that includes a rubber seal. Remove the seal carefully and slip on behind the gland.
It is OK 24/7 for up to a month by which time the rubber gets hard.
BTW if you leave the seal in the cardboard holder, pull your foreskin back and lube up, then slide the device up and down the shaft, it feels sooo good. :)

Awesome. You can also Try making rings out of disposable socks (ones we use for shoe trials). Soft and flexible- worked nicely on grower.
