Absolutely not, the lack of foreskin overhang definitely makes it shorter.

At best, it might be a little bit thicker.

I don't think it's any bigger, but the head looks bigger because you can see more distinctly my ridge flaring out. While not bigger, I think the pulled back dick looks more like a sexual organ versus one covered by foreskin.

Retracted my glans is definitely bigger, and my shaft looks thicker. But as others have said its temperature which affects the length when flacid.

Nope, I think mine looks longer when it's not retracted. My foreskin gives it a bit of extra length at the tip (even though it's just skin, still counts right?)
