What are the changes (like hole size, length, colour) that you have seen from young age like 10 to till now?

Mine skin is a lot harder, as i pull it back a lot, so the inner is really dry and hard. The head colour has changed slightly deeper red ( sometimes purple ish)and now  the head has no feeling so in underwear i can not feel it
