Well I tried it and it has results but I find it a bit damaging for the penis. Maybe because I didn't have a loose band for the balls. Anyway it was quite constricting and it blocked bloodflow for me so I didn't wear it for a long time. Maybe I will try if I find a looser band

Sorry to hear that...yes, the rings must be absolutely comfortable, no constriction whatsoever. The balls ring must be custom-made to fit the size.
