Quite interesting idea, I'd be glad to check it.
I'd improve it by adding a ring worn behind scrotum (like a chastity cage ring mentioned in techniques guide (http://pulledback.org/index.php?topic=18.msg64#msg64)).
I'll try to find a piece of metal as elastic as the one shown on the clip and try to experiment
(sorry but I'm not even able to estimate how much time I'd need for that, I'm pretty busy nowadays, with lot of travelling)

Wow! That is very interesting! I really wanna try it! Not sure where to get anything like that, or how to make one. But I'm gonna work on it, and figure something out! So cool to see new methods I've never seen or though of before! :D
The first thing that comes to mind is the wire that wire hangers are made of.. do I have one? Hmmmmmm

I have just finished a "test model", too bad the wire I had at hand was really thick (2mm) and hard so modelling it was hell.
It is not only a circle far from perfect but also the wire is not smooth at all so I didn't risk putting it on.
I will try to find something smoother and more flexible and of course some tape to wrap it, maybe on Monday/Tuesday.

Where did yo get it from and how was it
When I saw the vid I immediately thought 'paperclips'. Normally I keep the skin retracted with the spoon method, which has the obvious disadvantage of not keeping the inner foreskin exposed.
I made a prototype with 2 paperclips and tried it. I can see how this method can be really effective at keeping the inner foreskin exposed. However using 2 paperclips it is just a tad bit too tight for me. Also gotta be careful of the sharp edges because of the tying-together of the two paperclips.
Now thinking of other materials from which to fabricate something like this... :-)

Has anyone tried the "gates of hell" chastity device as a foreskin retractor?
I also thought of wire coat hangers. Unfortunately, I didn't have any. I tried using some plumbing solder, which is quite malleable. Also, I thought I might be able to fuse the ends together, just by heating them. Unfortunately, this did not work, so I wound up just twisting the ends together, and covering them with tape. The results were not great, and it didn't work well for me. I'm not sure how much the the failure was due to the poor fabrication, and how much was just that I have less foreskin than than the guy in the video. Which makes it harder to use this type of device. Either way, I'm still very interested in trying this thing, if I can come up with a good way to make one. Please share if any of you have any luck! :)

I thought we can buy them online..
Maybe electric wiring can be used to make such a device.
Leave the insulation in place and where the beginning and the ending touches places some heat shrinking tube.

The guy in the video has a bunch of variations in a little package, but they look homemade to me. I think he might be trying to sell them or something, but it's hard to tell. I don't speak Russian. he does provide a contact e-mail. We could try to write him and find out more. With google translate, we should be able to communicate. Sort of. :)
Yeah the google auto-translate on the video is extremely sketchy but that part with the package of rings seems to be him talking about how they could be sold commonly or something.
