First of all congratulations, your penis is very beautiful.  Answering the question, the time that the glans can remain uncovered depends on different factors such as the length of the foreskin, the size and shape of the glans, the length of the penis in flaccid state, etc.  Only you should experiment and draw your conclusions.  In my case, since I was 14 years old I have kept my foreskin retracted 24/7 and it has never covered the head of the penis again, today I am 63 years old.

Nice photo to serve as an example. I attempted retraction of the foreskin early from age 7 up. By age 12, I was able to achieve retraction almost indefinitely in that state you show, if I didn't get too physically active or sat down for too long which is, was an impossibility for most of us. If all I did was walk around all day or just stand up, no problem. Sleeping was pretty much impossible as I was a crazy sleeper and was all over the bed.
