kinesio tape

Despite the fact I am circumcised sinse few years I have discovered today the kinesio tape. I find it excellent to do the classic taping method. When I was uncut i was taping the foreskin with sticky tape for the pharmacy. Much better would have been the kinesio tape then!

Oh yeah. I'm a big fan of kinesiology tape. I've been using, and recommending it for a long time. The only thing that would make it better is if it would stretch in all directions. Well, recently I've discovered that such a thing exists! It's called 4-way stretch kinesiology tape. Unfortunately, there are only a couple of brands. I've tried one of them, and it's adhesion wasn't so good. It stuck well to the skin, but not to itself. So you are likely to have problems wherever you overlap the tape. I'm gonna try the other brand when I get a chance.

It is strechable, sticks great at skin, holds for long, and easy to loosen ;)
