Had to do a quick measurement on flaccid and almost hidden in the layer of fat. I came out at about 1.5in of overhang.

1/3 overhang soft. Fully covered but just barely when hard. When I get insanely aroused the head gets swollen enough to force the skin to start retracting on its own. Rarely does it fully retract behind the head handsfree but it does happen

I've got a LOT of overhang when soft... but I'm a big grower. The foreskin will just barely cover the glans when hard, but after over a year of wearing it back, it now auto-retracts when I get hard.

Mine hangs over about an inch when flaccid and fully covered by around a quarter inch when hard so there is no glans showing at all. I come from a very cold area, so if I don't have anything holding it back it is just a funnel of skin and the head is practically hidden way inside. Sometimes even with o rings, the head wants to instinctively shrink up inside. Makes it hard to keep it pulled back a lot of times.

Mine is bad. A grower, my foreskin can cover all the way up when flaccid. But now that I've retracted for a good few months, i feel uncomfortable with being not retracted. Feeling good with retracted

Wow Lanyx, I didn't know that was possible! I've never seen that much foreskin. Does it hang down puckered all together, or kind of like a lampshade or what? Trying to imagine it man. And I thought I had a lot of foreskin with a half inch or just a tad bit more of overhang.

I'm fully covered soft, with about 1/2 in overhang. Though if really cold, it puckers tight and is less.

After reading this thread I realised I hadn't pulled my skin forward in years, so thought I'd find out.
Before I started pulling back I remember the glands were fully covered with about 1/2" overlap.
Just tried it and the foreskin only covers about 1/2 of the glands. God knows where the rest has gone

My glans is 3/4 covered but when I pull forward after being retracted for a bit it covers 1/2.

When i started pulling back i had 1.5 cm overhang when soft. When hard my glans was covered fully without some overhang. Now it's same in soft state, but when fully hard just the tip is visible. It may be due to cutting frenulum or that my glans is bigger now somehow. I'm not sure of it tho but it looks that way. Don't have pictures to compare.

Before puberty hit, I had a pretty typical foreskin with significant overhang. Right around puberty is when I began experimenting with pulling back intermittently. I suspect this may have contributed to stretching out my ridged band and perhaps contributed to my penis not growing in proportion to the rest of my penis.

These days if I were to pull my foreskin forward, it would naturally only cover about 1/3 to 1/2 my glans. During periods where I didn't pull back regularly, the end of my glans would remain pale and dry even if the covered part returned to being purple and sticky.  Under some circumstances my foreskin can cover a bit more, but the meatus remains uncovered. The only time I would get overhang is during cold whether exercise wearing bike shorts, when my penis just kind of retracted deep inside my body.
