The Japanese market seems to have a ton of products for keeping your foreskin retracted. This is my new favorite way.
https://www.amazon.co.jp/gp/product/B085W3S57W/ref=ppx_yo_dt_b_asin_title_o00_s00?ie=UTF8&psc=1It's about $10 for the box of 24, although the shipping out of Japan will also be about $10-15, so it makes sense to order it with something else (like a glans ring).
Basically, you peel one end of the adhesive off the end, stick to the inner foreskin, then stretch the tape vertically all the way back down the shaft. Then, peel the other end off and stick to the base. It creates a sort of barrier to your skin that stops the foreskin from fully rolling back across the head in most cases. Supposedly, the barrier it leaves dissolves in water, and the instructions tell you to replace it daily. However, I've found that one piece of tape alone isn't enough, so you could quickly deplete a whole box of this stuff. I like to combine it with the Karibauer glans ring. You can see how it looks here:

https://www.amazon.co.jp/-/en/EXE-Diggle-Mukeru-Large/dp/B07Z51C5P7/ref=pd_bxgy_img_2/355-2303624-0059359?pd_rd_w=VS4sJ - it seems to work similarly to step one of the Circlist "feel cut" method, only uses double-sided tape, rather than a second layer of tape on top.
I find this a lot more comfortable than the "feel cut" method because you don't have that uncomfortable feeling of skin doubled up and rolled back over itself. The rolled back shaft skin is distributed more evenly.
