My auto-circumcision

Hello everyone, I am 34 years old and have been engaged in retraction since September. To hold the foreskin, I use EVA foam rings. I started doing auto-circumcision to prolong sexual intercourse and for the sake of interest. I have seen photos of a guy whose foreskin has completely shrunk in 8 years of retraction and the penis looks like a circumcised one, I would like to achieve the same result.

It's a shame that info on the pictured "silicone glans ring" isn't more specific. It appears to be home made with 2 sized punches (look up leather punch) but the type of silicone, thickness, and source is absent.

Coming from an engineer, "silicone" is vague.

I have seen them on certain web sites, but i made my own from the design, remember the additional part for the frenum
