it should be possible to push back the foreskin and fix the skin of the shaft below the mons pubis. i have tried it several times and it looks good. but i have not yet found a method to make it last.
from my point of view, a medical adhesive would be an option, sewing it on will be difficult as a layman. does anyone have experience with this and / or an idea?
