Best ways to pull back using medical tape?

I have a decently-sized foreskin, in that it covers the head with lots of remaining skin when flaccid, but reaches about 3/4 of the way up erect. The tape is about 2 inches wide, if that's important.

Try the double tape method, detailed in this forum. I find the best tape is transpore, stays in place for several days although it does leave a stick residue on the skin
