I have used soft band for this method, after keeping this for 1week the foreskin will become flexible.
This is for people with long skin
People cant retract foreskin fully
And to reduce sensitivity

Nice. Thanks for sharing. Does it affect blood flow or is it just loose enough. Are you a shower? As I  think for growers a band can get tight if an erection happens.

I used a similar band early on.  It was the only way I could keep skin back

No blood flow issues as its not too hard , i had ot one day hen removed ot so now it stays back
