I mean not cutting off the tip, i mean does the tip disapear when i practice autocircumcision for long time

How are you referring to just moving a very small amount where that tight ring is because I have wondered that myself technically it would be considered circumcision but it would be a very partial one and would help reduce the hourglass effect

Over time the skin will not easily return to that position. You will likely just retract back automatically. Don't remove the tip. Just pull back.
