Hi. I tried the tape method and just tucking the skin back behind the glans but neither worked. I found the spoon method to be the most effective. It stays back now even when it is hard

I have some trouble falling asleep, and being aware that im pulled back just makes it harder. It's nothing uncomfortable or anything, I think it's psychological.

I know what you mean, I was the same.  I decided I wanted to stay retracted 24/7 so I made the decision not to pull it forward at night.  It took about 2 weeks until it felt "normal" and no longer being aware of it.  That was 18 years ago and I've been retracted 24/7 since then.

Here's mine flaccid. Been pulled back for about a year now, since finding this resource   
Started with the spoon method, but after a while skin started to stay back behind the head on its own. The head is less sensitive, larger, and lighter in color. Now this is my permanent state except on rare occasion in the morning when it rolls over the head.
I'm actually wondering how to keep the skin all the way back, up the shaft, like in the second picture. Don't like how it all just sits behind the head. Ideas?

Andrew17 - on your photos, the end-results look great! You noted that your head is larger. Was that gradual? The size your exhibiting is impressive, I would find it hard to see that you would have ever had difficulty staying retracted so that was why I wondered on your comment on size. Please keep posting, I am positive others will find inspirational.

This is mine, I am lucky that mine stays back without any help  I initially started with the spoon method, but now nothing. Have been retracted for 11 years now.
