I have some similar ones, mine got something like a pocket you can take your cock out through to take a piss for example.
Well they work in some way but I accidentally bought small size for me.. from ebay. But they are still good and do the job (hold the skin back, but they are not tight enough to hold it for sex or masturbating.

Those look interesting, would like to read more comments.

I've found dual pouch underwear great for keeping 'skin back. (Eg Separatec, David Archy, Sheath) this seems like it would be even more effective, essentially has a built-in glans ring. The sizing in this link above is super weird though for at least US customers.... so unsure what these folks are doing. If anyone tries them it would be interesting to hear how they were.

How do you get in there? I can't read that language.
I'd love to see what they are. I've always thought about briefs with a tight hole in front that would hold your foreskin back so your bare glans would live it's day rubbing against the inside of the pants and keep the whole penis dry.

I bought it from aliexpress and it's very soft and comfy. I had no pb at all choosing the right size, it is well explained : https://www.aliexpress.com/item/1005002357606535.html

It isolates balls and penis but hardly keeps the skin back, you still need an item for it.
