Hi All.  Am trying to add a picture to the Gallery but am getting a message that I need to add a picture title - even though I have already done that.  Can anyone help?

No idea really, I've seen people uploaded pictures very recently already, so it's probably not a bug on the SMF Gallery side (but who knows).

You could try to attach a picture to a post here too.  Just makes sure it's JPG and small enough (resize it to ~full HD, that's more than enough)
