Looking for feedback if there is a way to trim the tab left behind from my frenulum tear 20 years ago. I don't usually pay attention to it until I retract. What do you think
I've seen guys tie those off too - you just loop some thread around it, and tie it tight. A bit like tying off a mole or skin tag.
