I'd like to hear your opinions how it was when you started with the pull-back. I'm doing it for three days now (for now just a couple of hours during the day). Try sleeping with it retracted at first to dry out the glans.
To me that's normal. trying it at night is a good tip. try increasing time daily. you will eventually get accustomed to it and things will calm down.
Totally normal. I took my time and eventually could go longer without the sensitivity being as problematic.

It can take a bit to get used to it, there is a product called Bikini Zone that uses lidocane to numb skin and you can try that on your glans. You put it on for 15 minutes with your foreskin forward and then rinse it off. It desensitizes things for a bit and can help in the beginning.
