Saw a few posts & it got me wondering the two below questions.
When erect, how far back can you pull your foreskin down?
1. Can't pull it down any further than the corona/ridge (AKA: can't see your inner foreskin)
2. Can pull it down about a little past the corona/ridge & can see your inner foreskin
3. Can pull it back all the way down the shaft with ease
If after you pull it back & take your hand off your shaft, does your foreskin..
1. Foreskin completely rolls back over the head
2. Foreskin stays down but the skin bunches up behind the head (inner foreskin is not exposed)
3. Foreskin remains completely rolled down the shaft exposing the head & does not bunch back up (AKA: inner foreskin completely exposed)
I am pretty sure I have a very short frenulum. When I'm erect, I can't pull my foreskin back any further than the head & can see a tiny bit of inner foreskin but it's very tight on my frenulum. When I let go, the foreskin will bunch up behind the head. I can never see/feel my inner foreskin when erect. Is that normal? Can anyone relate? Are you supposed to see your inner foreskin when erect?

I know everyone is different, but I'm wondering what is most common & maybe if I should see a urologist about my frenulum.
I answer 2.5 for both questions. I can pullback my foreskin, exposing the inner foreskin maybe about 3/4 to the base. When I release my hand, the foreskin will go back up, with about 1/4 of the inner foreskin bunched but still exposed.
It would be helpful if you could post some photos of your self, especially the frenulum. From your description, it does sound like you have a short frenulum.
Regarding the video and photos, yes I think that's pretty much normal.
I might say your foreskin is not messing you, because you can pull back very easily and a lot.
It is like mine, or eaven more free to be handle.
I has to get it hard to check and I might say yours is looser than mine
Well number 3 for me and how it is in my avatar and in your video and picture but have had plenty of practice at it. Love it pulled back.
I'm best described as a 3 and a 2. As I've said elsewhere, I damaged my frenulum years ago, so it doesn't pull my foreskin back too much.
3 and 2 for me. It was 2 and 2, however since staying rolled back and jerking off with the foreskin pulled back I think the frenulum has stretched a little so I can pull right back when hard now.
Ideally, all the way. But do not despair when you can't.
A penis has a life cycle. When kid, only meant for peeing. Every bit set to keep the tickling parts covered for later. When adolescent, meant to orgasm, as much as you can. Half open, or anything in between will do fine there. After that, meant to enjoy. Only then better without any speed bumps. A smooth stroke back from top to root. After x-thousand awfully short orgasms you finally learn to keep the best for last. In general that is.
Then all penises are different. But all are worth to have it. Some slide back all the way from the start. Others keep wanting to return to boy-mode no matter how often you train it spooning or any other trick in the book here. So in a way, that is normal too. If you could study porn on the web in stead of getting turned on by it, you see it. All different. Yet a smooth slide down, and even up, that is the goal. No speed bumps. The difference with training is you get there faster. While other guys have it by nature and might not even understand what you are concerned about.

As for the other questions: are the video and the photo your penis? Because then I can say it looks like there's no tightness whatsoever since that foreskin goes back very far on the shaft. If it's not yours, well, it's not
necessary for it to be able to do that, so don't worry! :)

Not my photo/video. By the responses in this thread, it sounds like most are able to pull their foreskin all the way down the shaft, smoothing out the inner foreskin (just like in the video). I have no problems pulling my foreskin all the way down the shaft when completely soft. When hard I'm definitelynot able to do that, the farthest I can pull back is right behind the head. If I tug really tight, I can expose a bit of inner foreskin, maybe about 5mm/0.5cm - not even half the width of a pinky finger. As soon as I let go, most time it will stay behind the head but not always.
Like you said, it's not necessary, but I would like to be able to have my foreskin move more freely. I've flirted with the idea of having my frenulum cut, but don't trust myself enough to do it on my own. My only worry with a cut frenulum is that the foreskin would never stay behind my glans when erect because nothing would be there to 'stop' it from rolling forward.. I should probably see a urologist, lol.

3 and 2 for me. I think that's pretty normal/common. I'd say your frenulum sounds pretty tight, if you can't see the inner foreskin when erect. But the more important question is, does it bother you? Because if it's not uncomfortable, and you can keep it clean, then there might not be a reason to do anything about it. On the other hand, if you don't like it this way, for whatever reason, then you might consider consulting a urologist, or doing a frenulum tie yourself. It's really about how you like it, and whether or not you want to do something to change the status quo.
I think it is interesting to hear the opinion of the urologist if you can afford it. Please share the visit outcome with us!

for me its 3 i can pull it right back as far as it will go, and could do it from young then 2 when released it stays behind the head
Same as Nivek, 2.5 to both questions! Happy with that.

2.5 and 2 when I pull back
3 and 1 for me. If anything, my foreskin is TOO mobile. The spoon method helps me to an extent, but I do get frustrated that it is so difficult to get it to stay back.
As for your video and photo, they both look completely normal and healthy to me.

Easy 3 for the first one. 2, maybe 2.5 for the second one, depends on how hard I am, harder, it can stay back quite a bit, less hard, bunches up a bit.
I would say 3 and 2.5 for me. I can easily and fully retract my foreskin, and when I do so, there is no pulling down on the bottom of my glans. When I release the skin, there is some wrinkling and bunching along the shaft, and more towards the glans end, but it doesn't return all the way to touch my corona unless I am quite soft. My skin will often stay retracted behind my glans for quite a long time without any special assistance.
I suspect my penis works this way now for a couple of reasons. When I was younger, I experienced a few minor tears and stretches of my frenulum, so at this point, it puts very little tension on my foreskin. And since my foreskin has spent so many years wrapped around my shaft instead of pinched down in front mu my glans, I think the sphincter muscle in the top of that foreskin is stretched out as wide as my shaft and can't do anything to pinch/pull my foreskin forward anymore.
