Title: Questions
Post by: smx on 2022-06-23 14:38:10
Hi guys!

I'm new to pull back and I have the following issues I need some help with. I tried the spoon method but my foreskin won't stay back. Is there anything I can do to solve this? also, I'm very sensitive and it's very uncomfortable to be pulled back for long periods. The longest I've been was a day and my gland was irritated afterwards, also I get hard easily when I'm pulled back. Any ideas?

Thanks!

Welcome,

The only advice I could give is to take it slow. I started by just pulling it back when showering/bathing then gradually moved to wearing it back an hour or so then eventually I was able to wear it back a few days/weeks at a time. If it's super sensitive then put some vaseline on it until you wear less and less of it.

I've found that with the spoon method using some saliva acts as like an adhesive for the foreskin.

Keep at it.

It is best to go slow. At first I had some swelling and the sensitivity was an issue. Now, 6 months after starting I can stay retracted 24/7 and have no problems.
