From a psychological perspective... I'm curious to hear if other autocirc guys are into other body mods like piercings, tattoos, or even the more extreme stuff. It seems that for those of us who grew up in countries where circumcision wasn't the norm, that would be our path into it.
On the other hand, if you grew up somewhere like the USA, your path in may have been different.
What say you all?
I keep the area shaved. Which I suppose is a mod of sorts. Also have some piercings down there, including a PA
I love the thought of having a prince albert or nipple piercings but the thought of it being done puts me off (very low pain threshold lol)

I shave, but body piercing feels like to much pain
With the PA in particular, there was very little pain.
The bit of skin it goes through it very thin
I shave my balls, trim the rest of the pubes, have 2 tattoos, 1 nipple pierced by a professional, frenum tied and diy PA and frenum (what's left of it) pierced.
The PA was less painfull than the nipple piercing.

I agree. I don't really get genital piercing. Have shaved for even longer than I've pulled back though... Pubes used to get caught!

I note that the respondents here are into shaving their pubes. Back in the 1980s I decided I wanted not to have pubescent hair and got into shaving as well. Since I did not enjoy that process I decided to go in for self-induced electrolysis and have the hair pits totally removed. I have enjoyed being thus so much that if I could snap my fingers today and have the hair grow back -- I definitely would not do so! My previous doctor on the annual exam suggested that I should let it grow in since it assists in their examination. My current doctor has never mentioned that I should do so.
How would having hair assists in an examination?
Surely it would obscure their view
The rate/ability that pubic hair grows does reveal to the medical examiner to some degree the hormone, etc. status of the patient. Total removal totally removes that ability.

I have definitely modified my lower parts a bit. Except for circumcision (living in Sweden), I have also lasered away my hair down there. Barely anything grows now and it is so good to have that. I have to shave maybe once every 6 days and im not even done with the whole procedure yet.
i am into streching my foreskin...ewen i can weating my skin pulledback weeks. id like still long overhang when i "play" with my foreskin..youger i cot tight skin and living pulledback has help it...anyone else streching foreskin?
I have 10 mm ear tunnels at both of my ears stretched myself from a regular ear piercing.
Cutted my frenulum with a razor like 7-8 times to make it longer and I love it!
Did a frenulum piercing myself and also love it!
Got a calf tattoo on my left leg, can't wait to have another one :)
I'm basically a lot into body modification to everything since it can make it look, feel or act better!
I've got a nose piercing, a few tattoos and a pulled back foreskin that's the extent of my modification lol
i started with a frenulum piercing (it was painless), then went on to get a PA piercing, then decided to cut the urethral opening towards the piercing hole resulting in my meatotomy, then later cut the urethra further to the current partial subincision (2cm down from the meatotomy)..
i've also previously had a reverse prince albert in the glans, which i later scalpelled to accomodate a 6mm flesh tunnel, but the end result was a bit close to the tip, so i took it out to avoid splitting the glans (it wasn't in my agenda back then)..
later i also got a shaft RPA which sat in the coronal ridge behind the glans, but took it out as it was causing pressure to the corona (i was also trying to keep everything hidden under my ample loose foreskin)..
all these piercings have sinced closed.. i can still put small-gauge (14g?) jewellery in what's left of the original RPA, but it's still too close to the tip for aesthetic reasons, i hardly do it as it has little benefit over the cuttings i've done..
i am contemplating to re-pierce the shaft RPA sitting in the coronal ridge behind the glans though.. it might open up opportunities for other jewellery or ways to keep my loose foreskin retracted behind the glans..
