Title: A Query

Does wearing rubber bands over your retracted foreskin have any long-term side effects?
I've been wearing rubber bands to keep my glans permanently retracted during the day...

I swear by wearing rubber bands for foreskin retraction during waking hours. In the opening weeks of bare heading you may find that the flesh around the area embraced by the rubber band itself feels like a ring of rubber. It feels like one throbbing vein around the circumference of your head. In this case the organ is inflamed; leave your penis alone for at least 12 hours. Eventually your body will adjust to its new organization, and this will stop happening.

For context, I use the modified spoon method developed by Supersonic to get everything neatly tucked before putting on the rubber band
around .5 cm from the base of the glans.
