So I found this pair of underwear on ali express, and I ordered them because they just looked intriguing!

Turns out they have a separate pocket for your member to live in, and that pocket is also perfect at holding your skin back.

Slept in them last night, now it's staying retracted. Haven't had to help it at all today! (And I went swimming too, normally that puts it back)
