I prefer keeping my foreskin back. When I retract, it would stay there without any issues,most of the time.
I have a PA piercing, and the reduction of pressure from the foreskin on the piercing goes well together.
I am however searching for a device/technique to keep the foreskin tightly retracted for when I have sex.
I love the feeling of no foreskin, increasing sensitivity.
When having sex at the moment, I keep the skin tight by pulling down at the base all the time.
I use a cock ring to hold the foreskin back during sex.
