I know that this subject is often debated but I have just been trying

and found they work very well for me and my anatomy.

They do take a while to deliver to UK - shipped from China but might be worth a try?  I attach a few photo to show how hold foreskin back - the silicone "collar" works well.

Thanks for sharing.

It looks really nice and really cool! Imagine you could still wear underwear but have your head rubbing against jeans! You'll loose sensitivity in no time.
