Hi all, ive tried lots of pull back methods but decided to stick with just simply keeping it retracted. Doing this al though causes my foreskin (under the head) to swell. I thought with time this would stop but ive been pulled back for over a month straight and its still swolen. What can i do to stop the swelling?

It's a gradual process - just push it back dow, let it heal, and try again.
Retracting for 21 years. Heterosexual.

The swelling is actually a sign you are making progress. But listen to your body. When it hurts, don't do it for a while.

After some time it'll be normal.
